Take yourself for a neighborhood stroll, or some 'mindful walking'

The fall colors are BEAUTIFUL right now. Take advantage of the exercise hour and practice some self-care on 'stroll' in your neighborhood, which could also be considering 'mindful walking' if you decide to take that mental approach. This particular style of this activity isn't necessarily about walking quickly to raise your heart rate, but more about getting out of the house, walking at a pace that suits your mood, and practicing observing things more closely, whether it be your thoughts or the world around you. Add this to your schedule to help you make it happen.

Whether you prefer to get moving on your own, with or without a pet, and maybe recruit family members to be active and healthy with you, remember to help generate worthwhile donations to the charity of your choice and promote these good wellness habits you are working on! See below.

If you post a photo, please make sure you are also promoting community health rules like wearing a mask and engaging in social distance.
