The fall colors are BEAUTIFUL right now. Take advantage of the exercise hour and practice some active self-care. Find your closest nature area, whether you live close enough to 'escape' into some nearby trails or your nearest nature spot is a local park or some neighborhood manicured trails, get out and spend some time moving and connecting with nature at your preferred pace: walking, hiking or trail-running. We KNOW it's good for us. Consider adding this event to your schedule to get you going. Whether you prefer to get moving on your own, with or without a pet, and maybe recruit family members to be active and healthy with you, remember to help generate worthwhile donations to the charity of your choice and promote these good wellness habits you are working on! See below.

Each time you engage in your healthy activity, if you turn on the app tracker, you can help us earn money for awesome and sustainable charities, like The Nature Conservancy and the World Wildlife Federation.
  • Help promote our community wellness goal by taking photos depicting how you are engaging in healthy activity each day you do so between 7:00-8:30 am. Post your pic to your social media (Instagram or Facebook) with the following hashtag: #NidoChoosesHealth. If you post a photo, please make sure you are also promoting community health rules like wearing a mask and engaging in social distance.
