Go for a Spin: Bike, Scooter or Skateboard!!!
The fall colors are BEAUTIFUL right now. Take advantage of the exercise hour and practice some active self-care on a bike, scooter or skateboard ride in your neighborhood. It's fine/fun to 'just cruise' or if you're feeling like pushing yourself, 'get after it'. Remember to be safe: mask/helmet & be 'street-smart' while you're at it! Add this to your schedule to help you make it happen.

Outdoor Workout in a new place!
The fall colors are BEAUTIFUL right now. Take advantage of the exercise hour and practice some active self-care away from your house. Grab your exercise mat and go find a new place to work out. Whether outdoor yoga is your thing or a Crossfit type work out is what you like or something else. Push yourself to go try working out in a new place, outdoors

Take yourself for a neighborhood stroll, or some 'mindful walking'
The fall colors are BEAUTIFUL right now. Take advantage of the exercise hour and practice some self-care on 'stroll' in your neighborhood, which could also be considering 'mindful walking' if you decide to take that mental approach. This particular style of this activity isn't necessarily about walking quickly to raise your heart rate, but more about getting out of the house, walking at a pace that suits your mood, and practicing observing things more closely, whether it be your thoughts or the world around you. Add this to your schedule to help you make it happen.

Walk, Hike or 'Trail-run' in nearby Nature

Find your closest nature area, whether you live close enough to 'escape' into some nearby trails or your nearest nature spot is a local park or some neighborhood manicured trails, get out and spend some time moving and connecting with nature at your preferred pace: walking, hiking or trail-running.
